The ILLUMIDEL data booster is a small board designed to solve common issues with addressable LED configurations: data signal conditioning (resistance value), mid-cycle data amplification, and seamless power injection.
Installation:
Can be installed in the box,
There is a direction (follow the arrow ——> on the booster)
Input 24 V + is VCC
Data
24 V - is GRD
The booster only needs power on the input... so you will have 3 wires on the input
24 V+ and 24 V- from the fuses below (this is only to power the booster)
Data IN comes from the controller (the area that is malfunctioning)
For the output, there will only be 1 wire, the Data wire that was connected to the controller (the one going to your light). You can, however, take out all three wires and connect them to the light.
